Level: High School, Freshman, 8th grade and 7th grade teams

Cuts:  Depending on team numbers

Offseason Training:

8th and 9th Grades - Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00 to 5:00 in the aux gym

7th Grade - Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 to 6:30 in the aux gym
